Refund policy.

All products sold by LaunchKit are digital downloads. After payment, a confirmation email with your secure download links is sent to your checkout email within a few minutes.

No refunds once download has started

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have expressly consented to immediate delivery of digital content and the download has started, no refund will be issued except where the file is faulty, not as described, or your statutory rights otherwise apply.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once the download has started.

Faulty or incorrect files

If you receive a file that is genuinely defective — corrupted, unreadable, or materially different from what was described on the product page — contact us at support@yourlaunchkit.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate and, where the file is confirmed defective, provide a corrected replacement file.

This does not extend to dissatisfaction with content, design preferences, or suitability for your specific circumstances. Our products are general business templates — it is your responsibility to review and adapt them for your use.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where digital content is of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction as provided by law.
