These terms govern your use of the LaunchKit website and your purchase of digital products from LaunchKit. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. About us

LaunchKit is a UK-based provider of digital business document templates, tools, and resources. Our products are designed for UK small business owners and sole traders.

2. Products

All products are digital downloads. They are not physical goods and no physical item will be shipped.

Products include business document templates, financial forms, compliance kits, pricing calculators, and other digital business tools, supplied in the formats stated on the product page (PDF, DOCX, XLSX).

Products are general-purpose business templates. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and verifying any document before use in your business.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

Prices may change at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you pay for that order.

4. Delivery

After payment, a confirmation email with your secure download links is sent to your checkout email within a few minutes.

Download links are valid for 7 days and allow a limited number of downloads. If you experience any issue accessing your files, contact support@yourlaunchkit.co.uk.

5. Cancellation and refunds

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

6. Licence and use

On purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own business purposes.

You may:

• Edit, customise, and adapt the templates for your business
• Print copies for your business use
• Use the documents with your own clients and customers

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
• Upload the files to any template marketplace or sharing platform
• Claim the templates as your own original work
• Use the files for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual property

All content, designs, and materials remain the intellectual property of LaunchKit. Your purchase grants a usage licence, not ownership of the intellectual property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products
• We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our templates
• We are not liable for any regulatory, tax, or legal outcomes arising from your use of our products

Our products are tools and templates. They are not professional advice.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any rights a consumer may have to bring proceedings in their home part of the UK where applicable.
